Video: Taking a Stab at Tempering

While I was going through my first attempt at tempering, I was also being followed around by my camera-wielding-husband.

Here are the results…

Oh.

Part way through the video you’ll probably notice a little smudge in the lower right corner.

That’s just a bit of wayward chocolate that somehow got flung his way…
